This Amazing Grass Organic Wheat Grass product has been so good for me that I quickly went from the 30 serving size to the 100 serving size. Ive tried it in smoothies...but since our family takes up to 4 servings a day...it got to be a pain to make a smoothie every time. It tastes better in a smoothie than anything. You will definitely use the bathroom.I wasn't hungry from about 7am until lunch at noon.
